The lady at 1 end of the counter told me and a irritated voice that she would help me as soon as she was done helping another customer. The other lady was busy With other customers. Another lady came over to try to help but couldn't find her way into the locked cabinet where pickups work stored. I had to leave without my jewelry so I could pick up my kids from school in time. a wasted trip.
