  My experience with Lids was horrible! I originally went to Washington Square location and was told that only Clackamas Town Center can customize hats. I then drove 45 minutes to that location. The employee took the information and said the hat would be ready in a half hour. We returned to the store and the embroidery was awful They had a fold in the hat and embroidered over the fold instead of making it flat. The employee at pick up said he couldn't operate the machine and the other employee had left. I called the next day and it wasn't ready yet. This employee said he had the hat there but didn't know what to do with it. I asked for discount since I'll have to drive back out to Clackamas and get it and he said they could offer to do the job correctly. I thought that was what they were supposed to do? I guess they think that doing the job is going above and beyond. Internet pricing at other places in cheaper. If I didn't need it today I would never go there again!
