  I gave two stars because the sales staff was friendly and helpful. After the second attempt at delivery I was told I had to wait two weeks to get my money back. Should have gone to Sears first. So it's looking like the floor for another two weeks, Thanks Sleep Train!

  The in store experience was just fine. They were nice, helpful and patient with us. Even suggested a last year model to help us meet our budget. The delivery however, was a bit of a nightmare. We opted to pay for, and use their delivery service. Professional is not the word I would use to describe the 4 skinny teenagers who showed up. They did not have any carpet protectors or booties, tracked mud into the house, were not strong enough to lift the mattress or the adjustable base for it and ended up mostly dragging it across our lawn causing some cosmetic damage to the base. They also scraped up our door and wood work. I was very happy with the store and very unhappy with the delivery service. If you can find anyway not to use their service I would very much recommend it.

  Salesman Eric was fabulous, funny and very knowledgeable about the products they carry! He was able to find us exactly what we needed in a bed! Go see him if you're not getting a good night's sleep on your old mattress! We can never thank him enough!

  Went in yesterday with a tight budget, knowing exactly what we want. Eric got us everything we asked for! Exceptional customer service, super excited for our new king bed being delivered Christmas Eve! Thank you Eric!!!
