I have never had a long line or an unpleasant check out experience. The management is available, friendly, and present. One time a staff member walking down the isle offered to open all the hot sauce bottles my husband was comparing. We had an instant hot sauce tasting, so cool :-). It is easy to find what your looking for. My kids love the opportunity to sample before they commit to soup and other snacks. Overall, we love this store. It is worth the long drive for us!
