They said i needed to call their corporate office. I did this without hesitation, I was in there with order in hand, ID and the payment has cleared my account. The phone support has been Zero help in this. Could not find even with my order number. This is unacceptable! After getting the all clear from some team i was eventually able to get in touch with, My order was mysteriously canceled..... Very disjointed in this from a major company.
